About me - Martha in front of red leaves

About Me

Hello, I‘m Martha and I am a Registered Psychotherapist. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, and relational struggles. I offer sessions in person across the Halton Region (Oakville, Burlington, Milton, and Halton Hills) and virtually across Ontario. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who you are or where you’re headed, I offer a space to explore with curiosity and care.

Grounded in a psychodynamic and relational approach, I pay close attention to patterns in your emotions, relationships, and history. This helps uncover what may be happening beneath the surface. Rather than jumping to offer solutions, I focus on being fully present with you to allow space for reflection, insight, and emotional growth.

I welcome you to a safe, compassionate space where all parts of you will be seen and heard. If you’re looking to explore and reflect on what’s been challenging you lately, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
